Welcome

Real conversations change lives. It’s so human to reach out to talk to someone in times of need. Seeking help is a sign of courage, and I’m glad you’re here.

My clients often tell me they like working with me because I’m friendly, young, warm, and genuine, and that I’m also honest, straight-forward, and give practical feedback. My approach is suited to folks who want a supportive, empathetic therapist who will also be real with them, cultivate clarity, and help them get to the root of the problem and address it.

I help adults who want to live a rich and meaningful life, but feel weighed down by anxiety, shame, or trauma. I also help couples who want to build a resilient and supportive relationship, and feel like they could use some help.

Parts of the therapy process are ancient, others are cutting-edge. What I care about is understanding your story, and using the best the field has to offer to make sense of it. Through this process, weight and tension are released, life’s problems become manageable, and possibilities open up.

If you feel a connection and want to work with me, take the next step and reach out.
